The original South Tyrolean cuisine is based on the processing of a farm's own produce. Seasonal garden vegetables and fruit were served fresh on the plate or stored in underground cellars. Part of the harvest was always treated for keeping. We continue this tradition at the Rynnhof.
In the estate kitchen in the neighbouring building, we turn apricots, strawberries, figs, peaches and plums into fruit spreads for the breakfast table and mustards. We make syrups from elderflower, melissa and peppermint leaves to be diluted with water for drinking.
Our naturally cloudy apple juice can be enjoyed pure or can also be diluted.
All of our products can be tasted and bought in the farm shop, located on the ground floor of the main house directly at the entrance to the Rynnhof.
